Day one... eep!

I woke up this morning at about 11 and decided if I didn't start now, I'd start never. So I got out of bed and did the weight loss program on my treadmill for about 45 minutes. Later, I plan to do 200 crunches.

For lunch (I don't eat breakfast, though I should start because it helps your metabolism), I had tuna on sun dried tomato bread (soo good, but tomorrow I think I'll do on pita bread) and yogurt with fruit.

Tuna sandwich -- about 325 calories
Yogurt w. Fruit -- about 150 calories
Grand total -- 475 calories

Not bad! I could do better though by getting another kind of bread. That bread is just so damn good! Bread and potatoes will be hard to let go.

My new short-term goal:
I have a reunion to go to January 6. By then, I would love to be back in my skinny jeans with a flat flat flat tummy! I think it's an extremely reasonable goal. I need to wake up earlier and get more work outs in though.
